Jack and Charlie

Jack and Charlie were born in March 13, 2006 at Torrance Memorial Medical Center in Southern California at 12:09pm and 12:10pm in California time. Charlie Martin weighted 2.9 pounds and Jack weighted 2.4 pounds. They were born as premature infants and needed to intense care for nearly 3 months at the Medical Center, NICU (Neonatal Intense Care Unit).

Charlie came home first the end of May of 2006 and Jack came home 2 and half week later, the beginning of June that year.

They were attached with heart monitors 24 hour per day and 7 days a week for nearly 7 month at home. Jack needed extra attention because he was weak with breathing, his lung was not functioning normally and also his GI track was not normal enough to digest baby formula.

Jack and Charlie Martin are now perfectly normal as their age, 20 month old toddler. They are now weight 30-31 pounds and they are very active.

I want to share my story of my twin boy to other parents who has premature babies. I want to say to all the parents who has premature babies, this blog gives you some hope.
